SpeakLead privacy policy

This policy explains what SpeakLead (speaklead.skillprowess.com) and the SpeakLead Android app collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, name and a user ID, if you create an account.
• What you share for coaching: messages and text you paste in, and voice recordings you choose to make, so we can analyse your communication. The free confidence scanner runs in your browser and does not send what you type to us.
• Plan and payment records: which plan you have and when it renews. Payments are made on our website through Stripe.
• Email: we send account and coaching emails through Resend.
• Basic technical data: device and browser type and server logs, used to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To run the service you asked for and keep your history.
• To manage your plan, if you have one.
• To answer support requests and keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Service providers

These companies process data for us, only to provide the service:

• Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in
• Cloudflare, which hosts the website and app
• Stripe, which takes payments on the website (we never see your full card number)
• Resend, which sends our emails
• AI providers that generate answers (Google Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, Cloudflare Workers AI, GitHub Models and OpenAI)

Children

SpeakLead is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while you use SpeakLead. When you delete your account or ask us to, we delete it within 30 days, except payment records we must keep by law.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing[email protected]. See how to delete your account.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with access controls.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
